BOOKING POLICY
By booking an appointment with Luméra Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure the safety, professionalism, and fairness of our services.
1. CONSULTATIONS AND CONSENT
1.1 All new clients must undergo a consultation prior to treatment.
1.2 A full and accurate medical history must be disclosed. Failure to provide accurate or complete information may affect your treatment, safety, and outcome.
1.3 A consent form must be signed before any treatment can proceed.
2. TREATMENT EXPECTATIONS
2.1 Our practitioners will use their skill, expertise, and professional judgment to provide the best possible outcome.
2.2 Results vary between individuals and are dependent on factors such as skin type, age, lifestyle, and metabolism.
2.3 Some treatments may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired result.
2.4 While every effort is made to meet client expectations, Luméra Clinic does not guarantee treatment outcomes.
3. AFTERCARE AND RESULTS
3.1 Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided by their practitioner.
3.2 Failure to follow aftercare instructions may compromise results and increase the risk of side effects.
3.3 Any concerns, issues, or amendments must be raised within 14 days (2 weeks) of treatment for review.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND NON-ATTENDANCE
4.1 A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
4.2 Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice (“no-shows”), may result in restrictions being placed on future bookings.
4.3 Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may lead to refusal of future treatment at Luméra Clinic.
5. RREFUNDS AND ADJUSTMENTS
5.1 Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, all treatments are non-refundable.
5.2 Injectable treatments are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
5.3 In certain cases, and at the discretion of the practitioner, a complimentary review or minor adjustment may be offered within the 14-day review period.
6. LATE ARRIVALS
6.1 Clients are expected to arrive on time for appointments.
6.2 If a client is late, Luméra Clinic will make every effort to provide the treatment in the remaining time; however, the treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disruption to other clients.
6.3 Repeated late arrivals may result in refusal of future bookings.
7. BOOKING INFORMATION
7.1 Appointments can be booked via the Luméra Clinic website, Instagram “Book Now” function, or direct message.
7.2 Opening hours are 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
7.3 Walk-in appointments are welcome but subject to availability. Advance booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical information at the time of consultation and treatment.
8.2 Luméra Clinic will not be held liable for adverse effects or unsatisfactory results caused by the omission or misrepresentation of medical history or lifestyle information.
8.3 Clients are expected to adhere to pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by their practitioner.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 Luméra Clinic does not accept liability for treatment outcomes that vary due to individual factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: age, skin type, lifestyle, pre-existing conditions, or failure to follow aftercare advice.
9.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes liability for negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.
10. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDS
10.1 Clinical photography may be taken before and after treatment as part of your medical records.
10.2 With your explicit consent, photographs may also be used anonymously for training, educational, or marketing purposes.
10.3 All personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
11. REFUSAL OF TREATMENT
11.1 Luméra Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or if a client’s conduct is unreasonable.
11.2 Treatment may also be declined if medical conditions, medications, or contraindications make it unsafe to proceed.
12. COMPLAINTS POLICY
12.1 Any concerns or complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of treatment.
12.2 All complaints will be acknowledged, reviewed by management, and responded to promptly and fairly.
13. GENERAL
13.1 Luméra Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
13.2 By attending an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
